Customer Commitment:

Our commitment to our customers is to ensure 100% satisfaction. If a customer is not satisfied for any reason, we will do what we can to rectify the issue and work out a solution. If for any reason we are not able to rectify the issue and the customer is within the 30-day money back, they will be refunded any monies due them.

Terms:

The 30-day money back guarantee if the customer is not satisfied for any reason within 30-day period.

	Money Back Guarantee applies to web hosting services.
	Refund applies only to monthly fees and setup fees.

The Money Back Guarantee starts on the date the initial order was placed.

No refund for domain name registration fees.

	No refund on any additional or optional services or features added from the Control Panel by the customer.
	Each customer can only use the Money Back Guarantee once, and for only one account.
	Any customer who has breached or whose account has been suspended or terminated money back guarantee.

Refund Policy:

Monies will be refunded either by check or through PayPal.
